Staff Training & Education Seminars

  • Training of facility staff is a critical function of LTC Scripts to confirm everyone is on the same page as to policies and procedures. Nothing is worse than having all sorts of bells and whistles that work perfectly fine but the staff is not aware of their existence.
  • LTC Scripts can arrange ongoing scheduled staff training events, or at the direction of the facility assemble larger events offered a few times each year. We work on these events to make medication errors a thing of the past.
  • Topics of interest typically are first and foremost issues of pharmacy interactions, paperwork, insurance billing, software integration problems, and overall training to facility staff of how best to get the right medication to the right patient with correct dosing in the most efficient way.
